Our supplier stands behind the quality of their products and services, offering a satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the manufacturing of a book kit you have ordered, they will correct any defects.
You may request a replacement for your purchase within 50 days of the order ship date for either of the following two reasons:
the wrong item was sent to you or the item you received is defective (including damaged in transit or book defect). Our supplier will send a replacement, along with a postage-paid mailing envelope for return of the wrong or defective item.
For large bulk book orders, they may ask that you return samples of the defective books along with the book covers of the remaining items. To receive a refund for your book order, you must return all defective copies to our supplier. They will arrange for the shipping of the returned units and issue a refund once they receive them.
Orders are shipped from the continental U.S. For non-U.S. orders, allow additional time for customs processing and delivery to areas outside major cities. Import duties and taxes may be levied upon delivery.
